Instructor Openings
Instructors are one of NTT's most visible representatives. The quality of preparation and presentation, enthusiasm and knowledge, and the professional way in which our instructors handle themselves all contribute directly to NTT's success and reputation. For these reasons, NTT stresses quality, commitment, time management, and professionalism with all of our Instructors.
All NTT Instructors are expected to consistently:
- Demonstrate their job skills (including, but not limited to, their training, experience),
- Perform their responsibilities in a manner that meets the quality and productivity standards established by NTT,
- Be flexible and available to perform their job responsibilities to meet the needs of NTT,
- Demonstrate their commitment to the goals of NTT, and
- Conduct themselves in a mature and professional manner at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, treating all employees, other contractors, members of management, customers, visitors, and members of the public with respect, and cooperating with them in a professional way.
We offer an array of industrial training courses and we have an interviewing process that consists of initial interviews, auditing and co-teach a course. We feel this process is important to find the instructors we want to partner with to teach NTT courses. If you are qualified, you are welcome to submit a resume to teach any of our course topics.
