Seeking Qualified Instructors

Instructors are one of NTT's most visible representatives. The quality of our instructors' preparation, presentation, enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism all contribute directly to NTT's success and reputation. NTT seeks instructor candidates who demonstrate quality, commitment, time management and professionalism. Ideal candidates will:

  • Demonstrate their relevant technical and teaching skills including, but not limited to, classroom training experience
  • Perform their responsibilities in a manner that meets the quality and productivity standards established by NTT
  • Be flexible and available to perform their job responsibilities to meet the needs of NTT
  • Demonstrate their commitment to the goals of NTT
  • Represent NTT in the classroom by projecting a professional image and by promoting NTT products

We offer an array of industrial training courses and we have an interviewing process that consists of initial interviews, auditing and co-teaching a course. This comprehensive process is important to find the instructors that are ideal partners for teaching NTT courses.
