NTT’s management team guides the company’s product innovations and growth with energy and enthusiasm. NTT boasts a large staff of experts who are veterans within their areas of expertise.

Dan Rinn, President

Dan Rinn leads NTT as president and chief operating officer. NTT strives to provide our customers with the best industrial skills and safety training available anywhere resulting in more operational uptime for your business. Dan's background includes leadership within the corporate training and learning markets along with a long career providing market leading educational technology and assessment solutions.

Cindi Wair, Customer Success Manager

  Cindi Wair’s leads NTT's customer and sales support team.  Her professional career began with an administrative position with an international computer company in Southwest Ohio.  She and her family relocated to Orlando, Florida where she entered the commercial real estate field and continued in this profession with her transfer to Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She and her husband formed their own foodservice equipment, design and service company and relocated to Denver where she served as Vice President and ran the day-to-day operations of the organization.  Cindi joined NTT in 2012 as a Project Coordinator and has taken over the role of Customer Relations Manager where her management and organizational skills are utilized.

Blake Wilson, Director of Sales

Blake Wilson began his career with NTT in 1999. He was fortunate to learn most facets of the company by working in multiple departments in his first few years. After working in the Marketing Department, first as a Marketing Analyst and later as the Marketing Manager, he moved to on-site sales in 2005. Blake is proud to have led NTT in total sales since moving to the sales group and he appreciates the relationships that he has been able to foster with clients as he's helped them meet their training needs. Now, as the Director of National Accounts, he looks forward to continuing to help our client partners develop the knowledge and skills of their workforce. He enjoys playing music, watching movies and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Cormack McCarthy, Product Manager

Cormack began his career in Project Management at Cerberus Pyrotronics and shortly thereafter decided to join the Peace Corps. Upon his return he served as the Controller at DTT, then moved into Special Projects at NTT. He began his venture into sales in 2004, moving into Business Development and learning about the workings of the company from all sides. As the Product Manager, he is using his knowledge of the business to broaden the offerings of NTT and help its client partners develop individualized programs to reach their business goals in a sustainable manner. In his free time Cormack enjoys Do-It-Yourself projects (his house was built in 1884) and traveling with his wife.
