NTT Senior Leadership Team
 | Dr. Howard Block | College Director Dr. Howard Block recently concluded a distinguished career as an equity analyst on Wall Street. As the only Wall Street analyst with a doctorate in educational policy analysis, Dr. Block established a reputation as an original, independent, critical and creative thinker, often shedding light on issues not well understood by others. Beginning his career at Robertson Stephens, he established the research practice in education services, for which he quickly garnered recognition as a member of Institutional Investor's (II) All-America Research Team in 1998. Recruited by Bank of America, he continued to earn recognition, including being recognized as the #2 Education Services Analyst by the well-known Greenwich Survey. Most recently, Howard became co-owner of an industrial training company - National Technology Transfer, Inc. and, since being freed from the constraints imposed by Wall Street analyst, Howard has been invited to sit on the boards of several companies. Yet, he takes greatest pride in being a trustee in the Reed Union School District, a father of four and a Little League Coach to dozens.
