NTT has the industry’s largest team of instructors – over 70 and growing – and they are experts at explaining technical course content to both novice and experienced students. They engage students at all levels and masterfully guide them through lectures and hands-on exercises so that students learn to perform the latest electrical and mechanical operations both skillfully and safely.

  • Ed Rybarczyk
    Mechanical Program Lead
    Leading the technical consulting, design and delivery for An Instructor with NTT since 2000, Ed is also a certified Accredited Instructor with the International Fluid Power Society. Ed found NTT after a 25 year career “in the field” that included fluid power technical services and equipment sales and teaching at Owens Community College. Ed recently relocated to Colorado after spending a year traveling to NTT client sites via RV with his wife Karen after they sold their home in Ohio. Welcome to Colorado Ed!
  • Gabe Garcia
    Lead Instructor
    After leaving the Navy with a certification in Nuclear Submarines, Gabe earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Gabe came to NTT from Kaplan College of El Paso where he still lives when he is not delivering electrical programs to our clients in Central and South America. Gabe is A+ and N+ certified as well as a Journeyman electrician.
  • Vernon Miller
    Lead Instructor
    Vernon has twenty four years experience in process control and electrical applications for mining ore processes. His experience includes eight years as a technician, six years as a supervisor and eight years as an engineer. His experience includes designing, building and field startup of gold process equipment. He has been teaching electrical maintenance seminars for NTT since November 1999.
  • Randy Barnett
    Electrical Program Lead
    Randy Barnett brings an extensive technical and training background to NTT. He began his career in the nuclear submarine service where he learned the industrial electrical trade and energy principles. After working as a journeyman electrician in industrial and construction environments, Randy entered the training profession and began writing and teaching in his areas of expertise. He has advanced from electrician, to instructor and into management as a project manager and director. He supervises training programs and provides customized training solutions for industrial and institutional clients. Randy continues to write and develop training materials, is a sought-after presenter and has published two electrical trades textbooks and numerous journal articles. Randy is a Certified Energy Auditor through the Association of Energy Engineers.
