How does it work?

You will begin by communicating your training needs with one of our on-site sales representatives. The sales representative listens to your needs and works with you to determine how they can help. You are then presented with some options and you choose what's best for you. If you have any questions during the process, the sales representative is there to help.

Prior to any agreement, the on-site sales representative writes an all inclusive formal proposal, which includes all work and services with no hidden fees or charges. Seminars are scheduled upon the receipt of the signed proposal.

With NTT's on-site sales, you have one main point-of-contact, and you can contact them five days a week with any questions.
