Joseph Phillips is the Mechanical Systems Program Manager for NTT Training with an extensive technical, management and training background. He began his career in the U.S. Navy nuclear submarine service as a nuclear trained Electronics Technician. In addition to the U.S. Navy, he has extensive experience in the Semiconductor Industry in safety, technician, field service engineer, training and supervisory roles with Intel Corporation and Tokyo Electron Limited. He spent 7 years as an Operation and Production Manager in the pharmaceutical industry with Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Upsher-Smith Laboratories.
Joseph has been involved in training with each organization since the beginning of his career as a qualified Navy Instructor followed by certification as a Technical Trainer (CompTIA CTT+) and obtaining a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development.
Joseph brings a high-quality mindset from his experiences in all three quality dependent career fields. His focus on high quality processes, people, equipment and leadership reflects his view that these will result in a high-quality product.
When not with clients Joeseph has studied since 1982 Tai Chi and Kung Fu.
