  • Why You should take this training program

In the NFPA 101 training, participants will learn and/or review the requirements that influence the safety of people and protection of property and equipment.

The code addresses occupant safety throughout the life cycle of a building – for both new and existing structures. Students in our Life Safety Code training program will review construction, protection, and occupancy features necessary to minimize danger to life from the effects of fire, including smoke, heat, and toxic gases created during a fire.

Note: The NFPA 101 Life Safety Code® is systematically revised on a three year cycle.
